nternal installation of a Roland GK3 pickup:I thought I'd better try fitting a GK3 pickup instead of the usual GK-2A. The electronics PCBs are completely different but I've managed to suss out the connections and chop the board down sufficiently to get it in the Pacifica control cavity.I've also re-wired the hex pickup so that it can be mounted 'up side down' as before with the GK-2A
So, I can now offer GK3 or GK-2A installation if the customer orders a specific guitar to be modified 'from scratch' |
