Installation of a GK-2A into a Fret king 'Black Label' JD
A customer brought me his Fret King 'Black Label' Jerry Donaghue and asked me if I could fit his GK3 internally into this beautiful guitar. After a lot of contemplation / measurement and checking, I realised that the GK3 would be too large to fit in the milled slot of the bridge plate. However, a GK-2A is slighly smaller and would just fit so we decided to go ahead with this mod. I was very pleased with the result.
